(Phone Number strike out due to Privacy)
“"Hello! This is Danny, your outreach coordinator at Metal America. Thank you for applying for our sales position. Please keep your phone handy today, as I'll be calling for a brief 5-minute interview. Thanks, and talk to you soon!"(Sent to Samsung Galaxy A32 5g June 2nd)
[Interview questions asked redacted for accuracy of Article. As I am a Self-Published Author. And should therefore value and appreciate that the minutiae of day to day words do not always need to be put under a microscope for other people.]
Image of warranty(from onboarding slideshow)
The reason this is being shared is not so the reader can potentially get a discount.that is the same as asking independent contractors to establish legal permits and acceptable land disputes on top of finalizing orders is the same as just… handing you the idearoom website(the three dimensional blue print for the order) as a guest and saying you cannot have the username or password. Asking a retail clerk to pay for the portion of the order that you yourself do not wish to put down for the deposit of saleable goods is not scamming the client, it's just not decent on either side. We provide a legally built building, you provide funding as well as the location we supply the workload. Metal american needs your money in either cash, check or paypal deposit for resources and results!.The warranty(image above) protects you from being given the ‘no refunds store credit only’ treatment in the future.
Metal America's slogan “where every deals a steel.” is a pun on steal because the company sells metal goods. These metal goods are Carports,RV Covers,Garage,Combo TripleSingle Slope,Triple wide,Loafing Shed, Bard, Greenhouse, Bardonminium,Shop,Building. This is an construction company where we are hired to build from the ground up; we deliver the merchandise to you, you cannot pay for something to be built and landed on the property, you can pay to have someone sit down, text, call or message you on facebook about the area you are willing to convert into a functional and affordable structure.
How these metal goods are advertised is described as a steel as a pun and not due to the scamming effects of the Facebook Marketplace as well as over text, and email but because this is the twenty first century and door to door sales positions are a thing of the past! (if someone is rushing you to buy instead of giving you a link to your order spreadsheet and portable document file the retail associate has not followed protocol. You need screenshots to confirm you did not get the product. We need screenshots to prove the work is done. This process takes anywhere from seven days to fourteen days from order to prefabrication and delivery.
Body Paragraph
The installation process contains the 2-5 week period for building depending on the weather and whether you open to pay for anchors and how many.
Materials utilized for these products are sold, delivered and manufactured in contract (american shipping and american owned building materials only). These include concrete four to six inches thick for standard bare bones or studs of building as braces, screws, framing provide connections, stability as well as obviously main support.Sheet metal, a gauge of 29 and 26 is utilized to connect walls to braces and those braces as stated before are kept in place by anything from simple dirt, asphalt or concrete as stated above.Metal tubing in twelve gauge and fourteen gauge exclusively.Trim is for the rougher edges and could mean the difference between slicing your whole hand open or needing a new tarp within the year rather than the decade.
anchors(as mentioned before). Why do you actually need this product?
“A car insurance premium is the amount you pay your auto insurer to protect you and your car. An insurance company determines this amount based on its best guess about your potential to make a claim for reimbursement or to have someone else make a claim due to you causing an accident.
The premium depends on numerous factors, including your selected coverages, driving record, location, and age. You might pay your car insurance premium monthly, every six months, or once a year, depending on your chosen payment plan and how much time your policy covers.”(Roberte, 2024)
Though the reason this would even be relevant instead of entrepreneurial swill is due to the next quote.
“Like bodily injury liability, almost every state requires property damage liability. This type of insurance covers damage to property that you cause with your car, including damage to another person's vehicle.1
The amount of coverage required for property damage liability varies by state, but these minimum amounts are not enough to cover the costs of a major accident.
"Each state has their minimum requirement, which is only $10,000 in most cases. Most of the time this will not be enough to cover for the total amount needed to repair or replace the property damage that was caused by you, leaving you open to pay out of pocket for the remainder of the balance," Parsons advises.
For greater protection, consider upping the limits on your bodily injury liability and property damage liability. Limits of $100,000 for bodily injury per person, $300,000 for bodily injury per accident, and $100,000 for property damage would cover the costs of a serious and expensive car accident. This is called 100/300/100 liability coverage, and some insurance companies offer discounts of 5% to 10% for selecting this coverage.2
In addition to bodily injury liability and property damage liability, many states require you to carry medical payments or personal injury protection (PIP) and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage.1”(Lazarony, 2025)
We at this company are trained to help you to design, contract for Rent To Own (RTO), and create invoices from engineered trusses from anywhere to standard (twenty four foot width; Smaller dimensions),triple wide (twenty six through thirty foot width;Wider support),Commercial(Thirty Two to Sixty foot Width; Larger Commercial Structures).
All buildings should and can be cleared of debris; this area requires conditions that are above two inches as well as flat soil. This means no inclines for horizontal and vertical construction or simply you should not need a ladder, or steps to get into the area for the buildsite, this is going to (potentially) remove you from the warranty; for warranty mentioned please see image above. The direct deposit/cash/check and payment plan is up to any and all individual clients/customers/commercial with permits as well as cleared flat surface for your building’s set up.This flat soil for the project that can take anywhere from two to five weeks is anything from plain dirt, gravel, asphalt and even concrete.
The entire selling process;
-Respond to a lead (we are obligated to ask questions)
-Metal america tool to create basic build
-Print contract(digital)
-Send contract to Panda Doc signature(pdf and invoice editing software, we have emails through the company you cannot try and speed up the process unless you message the independent contractor or the boss directly).
-Send deposit link via personal paypal account/cash if meeting in in person/and check
-Send signed document through order tool (website link all independent contractors gain access to during onboarding)
In the year of twenty twenty five, under Donald Trump's second voted-term republican administration. In June on the sixth I received word about ‘acceptance for a job application’ resulting in a five minute interview.
This is for the Limited Liability Company originated in 2024.Having between 11-and 50 employees.Claiming to be a building and construction business. The overview after viewing the Linkedin page was as follows

Definition of an Independent Contractor
As someone on the internet, you can entrust that you will run into a few scams within your time. Just because you get paid through a direct deposit on paypal does not mean that you pay out of pocket for the rent to own or deposit in full for the products. That is not good business. If you are lost as to how to do things, ask! There is literally no shame in asking questions or googling something to make sure you are on the same page as someone in a remote capacity, everyone has small computers in their back pocket nowadays time to invest in the professionalism of it all.
What this Metal America company wants to do is help you to improve the quality of your possessions with our products.
“Community improvement
Historically, homes in urban locations with close proximity to employers, restaurants, shopping, and recreation hold high value. Community and neighborhood improvements, such as the development of restaurants, parks, or mass transit, can positively affect home value.
Community improvements that include the development of nature trails also boost home values. Studies have consistently demonstrated that being near urban green spaces can boost property values. The data is striking: properties close to parks and recreational areas often see a significant increase in value, sometimes up to 20% more than those without such green amenities.”(Batty and Haddard, 2020)
In order to receive the job. I've had to submit the onboarding assessment. A copy and paste grid where I had the opportunity to reiterate my own prior experience within outlier ai for remote work, being able to in this job to go to my clients rather than my clients going to me.
What to look for in a scam company or poor views on marketing a product
If small talk is not your thing, tell the independent contractor(contract sales associate) that. We are not machines, we are not mind readers, all business transactions are a give and a take. We give you a service then take your money. What do we mean by Leverage psychological principles? Well why do you want the customer to handle things in cash or face to face instead of maybe over the phone. Or to be shown sample images of the product beforehand? We are being trained to not take your time and resources for granted. To weigh the options reviews on the company can be searched for better understanding of what you as the customer may or may not be willing to get yourself into.Is it ethical for you to use a plastic shed for the environment? How well will your victory garden do coming winter with no humidity and frozen soil? Will the property value of the place you are using under permit and legal bias
“[I am an independent contractor or in business for myself.]If you are a business owner or contractor who provides services to other businesses, then you are generally considered self-employed. For more information on your tax obligations if you are self-employed (an independent contractor), see our Self-employed tax center.[I hire or contract with individuals to provide services to my business.]If you are a business owner hiring or contracting with other individuals to provide services, then you must determine whether the individuals providing services are employees or independent contractors. Follow the rest of this page to find out more about this topic and what your responsibilities are.”(IRS, 2019)
Now that we have elaborated on where the limit is.What is the roof (or limit) just like there being three different payment methods there are three different types of roofs on the product. The three types of roof styles are then regular horizontal,a-frame horizontal, and a-frame vertical. The type of weather that leaves off your possessions is snow and rain resistant as in significantly under or over the moderate for better access to maintenance by partially shielding someone from the elements as well as moderate, leading to less warped metal and overheating vehicles and mobile homes(68-77 degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius degrees of 20-25).
What can be gained from this american product not indulging in international tariffs, and overseas fossil fuel/coal emissions from boat and airplanes is going to be up to the multitude of manufacturing companies as Metal America Limited Liability Company has yet to own the means of manufacturing, this is because we cannot simply pick up a building and give it to you on flat-solid permittable land. This is non-generation zoomer speak is putting the means of production in line with 2024-2028 campaign motives for the nation as well as providing job opportunities for delivery drivers, construction workers, sales representatives and even some writers like myself.
Things I cannot do within the contract
Doxx or make fun of my fellow remote workers for having better or worse numbers than I.
Working for another company for up to twelve months that relies on independent contractors for
Upsell products.
Initial deposit without input on twelve percent of full cost upfront by customer to leave out the Rent to Own (RTO) option. In favor of rushing decisions and sales revenue.
Tell you the location you have selected is in range when it's definitely out of range.(that's a rush order as stated before, we don't do that at Metal America).
Things I can do within the contract
Write advertisements on facebook market place.(No one, not even the boss who has hired you, can force you to boost your content for money).Login to my own email address provided by the company. Review the google slides labeled “how to do everything” on how to do my job.
Generate a quote for you (paid by sale not by the conversation PLEASE do not waste our time with curiosity the person on the other side of the screen has bills to pay.)
-Fill out all required fields.
-Screenshot for reference.
-Permitting questions(the less back and forth between confused people the better!!! Get your jitters out before you press ‘approve order’)
-Take notes on extra information.
-Boost sales by paying for advertisements(This also applies to having a side hustle that generates already established content by the way.)
-Text clients on a non-personal phone plan(or just within self imposed office hours)
-Email clients on the company email address
-Meet people in person because of the option to do that on Facebook's social media page.
Things I refuse to do within the contract
You will notice screenshots leave out certain…people.Oh that's right this business is a group effort! We as associates in the retail department have a network of people willing to help and feed off of each other for ideas, as well as share accomplishments. And an optional weekly meeting to avoid feeling called out one on one in the hubble with the bosses.
I'm not going to pay for social media in essence; Facebook Marketplace to boost my posts, some people bring their lunch from home, some people buy their lunch every day; It is the exact same as trying to figure out if folding the shirts in the warehouse requires a fix later section or an oxiclean pen because having a background in retail and talking to people about selling requires a previous experience of working (in my instance) for Trendy Man LLC.
Things that have been Recommended to use and what it does for the company.
Software time employees, customers, doomscrollers of all ages and stages. The pieces of merchandise you shall require for this company. Good contractors will utilize the following guidelines;speedy response, simple, friendly, ask questions, inquiry and name, conversational and upbeat tone, jargon-free (slang or colloquialism) language, explicit information, removing doubts, utilizing multiple communication forms, being clear about pricing and billing, conversation to conversion rates (don't waste our time and we will not waste yours.)
The reason for these buildings and structures' existence being protection, storage, increased property value, increased car value, as well as insurance premiums are better for protected vehicles.Americans pay taxes on all sorts of things as the reader must be very aware of.
